You can request permanent deletion of your Dr. Pal's NewME account and all associated personal data at any time. Submit the form below and our team will process your request within 30 days.

Data that will be permanently deleted

• ✕Full name, email address, and phone number
• ✕Health profile (height, weight, date of birth, gender)
• ✕Assessment answers and pathway recommendation
• ✕Appointment and consultation history
• ✕All associated CRM records and communications

Data we are legally required to retain

• →Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
• →Financial transaction records required by applicable tax law (7 years)
• →Any data we are legally required to retain under applicable regulations
