Shipping Policy

1. Registration & Confirmation

  • Processing: All registrations are confirmed within 24 hours.

  • Live Event: You’ll receive an e-ticket (QR code) by email + WhatsApp.

  • Webinar: A unique Zoom link is emailed + WhatsApped to you.

  • Reminder: We resend the same ticket or link 1 hour before start time.

2. Fees

  • The full price is displayed at checkout.

  • No extra handling or “shipping” charges.

3. Entry & Check-In (Live Events)

  • Present your QR code on your phone or a printout at the door.

  • Check-in opens 30 minutes before the scheduled start.

  • Late arrivals may need to wait for a suitable break in the program.

4. Refunds

  • You may cancel up to 48 hours before the session for a full refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 – 7 working days.
