Not at all. The program is strategically designed to help you change your lifestyle. However, we request our clients to take multivitamin or fibre supplements as part of our program in cases when applicable. This can be taken as per your comfort and is optional.
Depending on your health history and your health or weight goals, we work in phases. Each phase will focus on choosing and delivering the most important and immediate lifestyle change needed for you enroute your final health goals. We recommend that you stay with us for a minimum of 3 months as it will take the body at least 3 months to adapt to the healthy habit building process. Based on your progress you are most welcome to stay with us beyond 3 months until your goals are reached. You and your NewME health coach will discuss and decide on the long term health plan best suitable for you.
We evaluate your own food choices, understand your cuisine, your likes and dislikes, and based on your health goals and the nutritional requirements we teach and guide you on planning your own healthy diet menu which you can continue to follow throughout your life.

Yes, you do. Dr. Pal will be connecting for a weekly group session to address queries and to discuss your progress. All NewME subscribers stay connected on a common community group till the end of their program, and on the group you can directly ask questions to Dr. Pal.
Yes. Understanding the root cause of weight gain is our foremost strategy. By working around proper nourishment to support the body functions and by guiding you on lifestyle habit changes, the program is structured to work on weight loss as a positive by – product and not the only result. This program promotes long term sustainability of lifestyle changes as a result of which healthy weight loss occurs and can be maintained.
Yes. There are fitness as well as yoga group sessions that are focussed on muscle building and flexibility.
No – You can enroll for just one of the programs and we will address the other health concerns as well. A detailed consultation which will be done at the start of your program will help us understand your health history, assess your diagnostic reports and/or bloodwork, based on which the goal setting will be done focussing on overall lifestyle corrections needed to reverse your ailments.
